    Description

    R. P. Bransford, is a seventy year old, retired water department employee. For eighteen years he delivered the city's water bills. Throughout his time with the water department, he walked many miles and wore out many good pairs of shoes. As he relaxed on the couch, Mr. Bransford described the "new fangled" way Fort Worth, Texas residents will get their water bills - by mail. Mr. Bransford is wearing a striped dress shirt, necktie, and trousers.
