Technical Sergeant Cecil L. Jenkins has been reunited with his wife, Mrs. Ethel Jenkins, after nearly two years apart. Sergeant Jenkins is a decorated 36th Division infantryman with the United States Army. He was liberated by the Russians from German prison camp Stalag 5-A. His decorations include a Silver Star, Bronze Star, Purple Heart, and the Presidential Unit Citation. He is dressed in his military uniform. Mrs. Jenkins is smiling. She is wearing a dark dress.
