Description
The first dividend check to a mortgagor in the northwestern district of Texas was presented recently by E. T. Stearns, district Federal Housing Administration director, to John R. Clark, left, a presentation resulting from the mutual mortgage insurance fund established under the national housing act. Standing is E. G. Parker, vice president of the First National Bank, which made the original loan, insured in 1935. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, April 8, 1945.
