The Sullivans are looking at the souvenirs sent home by Captain Sullivan which include, wooden shoes from Holland and sheepskin rug from Iceland. The family is shown outside on their porch, sitting in chairs. Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Sullivan are seated while Captain and Lieutenant Sullivan are sitting on the arm rests of their chairs. Miss Sullivan is holding up the wooden shoe from Holland with the sheepskin rug on her lap, as well. Both Miss and Mrs. Sullivan are looking at Captain Sullivan, smiling. Mr. Sullivan is looking at the wooden shoe.
