High School drum majors at Texas Christian University (TCU). Left to right: Nelda Taylor, North Side senior; Skippy Chapple, Paschal senior; and Bobbie Davis, Arlington Heights junior. The three drum majors are participating in a baton twirling exhibition at the all-day band clinic for the combined high school bands of Fort Worth at TCU. Nelda is wearing a dark uniform with large buttons on the front. Skippy is wearing a light colored shirt with dark pants with a stripe down the leg. Bobbie has a light colored uniform. All three are holding batons.
