Sergeant E. Cornelius Loggins Junior is the turret gunner on a Liberator in the Army Air Force. The Hillsboro, Texas, native is stationed overseas in England. He was awarded an Air Medal with one cluster. Sergeant Loggins is pictured in his military portrait photograph. It is signed at the bottom, "Yours Forever, Cornelius."
