Smoky Joe Smith has been named manager of Worth Clothiers amateur baseball team. Smith was one of the leading hurlers in the Panther City League for the 1943 season. Mr. Smith is shown sitting on a chair, dressed in a three-piece pinstripe suit. His hat is sitting on top of a radiator in the background. Smith is a native of Dallas, Texas.
