Holding flag, left to right: Bill Dewey and Don EnglemanNearly 1,000 Ernest Parker Junior High pupils gathered on the school grounds Wednesday morning for ceremonies raising this "School-at-War" banner, first received by a Fort Worth school from the Treasury Department for 90 per cent student war bond and stamp participation. The two boys are holding a white flag with a silhouette of a soldier holding a rifle. There are start in a circular pattern around the soldier.
