Description

Mrs. Lorene White, Santo, Texas, who was being held in Fort Worth, Texas, for the sheriff of Palo Pinto County, where she is charged with murder in connection with the death of her infant child last December. She is sitting in a wooden chair, staring directly at the camera. She is wearing a short-sleeved shirtwaist dress with a self-belt and dark buttons down the bodice. The flower print fabric has darts running from the shoulders to the waist. She has a handbag and handkerchief in her lap with her hands resting on them, and is wearing a dark-colored hat trimmed with a flower and dark lace net over the top.
