Description
Southwestern Exhibition and Fat Stock Show. Henry Knolle, right, shown with the Jersey Heifer he purchased from Herman F. Heep, left, of Austin, Texas. Mr. Knolle owns the Knolle Jersey Farms in Sandia, Texas. He purchased the heifer, Willonyx Dreaming Poppy, for $560. Mr. Heep donated the top price heifer to the auction and the proceeds went to the Texas Jersey Cattle Club. Mr. Heep is wearing a hat and a double breasted suit. Mr. Knolle is wearing a cowboy hat, a three piece suit, and cowboy boots.
