Southwestern Exhibition and Fat Stock Show Champions Auction. Boy's reserve champion steer shown with exhibitor Hugh Fitzsimmons Junior of San Antonio, Texas. He is standing in the center. H. A. Fitzhugh, left, and Harold Foster, right, are standing next to Fitzsimmons. Mr. Fitzsimmons is wearing a cowboy hat, a button-up shirt, coat, trousers, and cowboy boots. He is holding the 870 pound steer's lead rope. The steer sold at auction for a dollar per pound. Mr. Fitzhugh is a Bexar County agent. He is wearing a cowboy hat, necktie, and coat. Mr. Foster is Assistant Manager of Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce. He is wearing a cowboy hat and a three-piece pinstripe suit.
