    Description

    Derald Lehman of Fort Worth, Texas, who was challenging for the championship of the Cleburne Country Club golf tournament. After coming close for medalist honors in the qualifying, the young swinger defeated L. C. Temple, Dan Greenwood, Joe Ballard and Earl Stewart Junior, the defending champion, to reach the finals. He was playing Dick Martin, a youngster from Dallas, Texas, in the 36-hole match today. He is wearing a dark short-sleeved shirt, light creased trousers and two-tone golf shoes. He is holding a golf club over his shoulders behind him and standing with his left foot twisted inward and his right foot off the ground in a golf stance. He is standing on a lawn and behind him is a low boundary fence and a gravel road.
