Portrait of Hoyt E. Perkins in uniform, standing against a bare wall. This 19-year old aviation radioman third class, is visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Perkins, after graduating from Navy air crew training at Beaufort, South Carolina (S. C.). He will report to Norfolk, Virginia (Va.), for assignment to a medium bomber. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram, April, 1945.
