Description
Firestone Textiles is hosting a luncheon and plant tour Thursday afternoon. Twelve military veterans from McCloskey General Hospital are guests of Firestone. Pictured left to right, are Sergeant Walter Hinson, Sergeant Allen Paulson, and J. H. Rhoades.. Sergeant Hinson, is a native of Brooksville, Kentucky. Sergeant Paulson is from Oslo, Minnesota. Both military men are dressed in his military uniform and walking with the aid of crutches. Mr. Rhoades is a Firestone workman. He is explaining the processes of making cotton tire cords. He is dressed in a hat, button-up shirt with cuffed sleeves and trousers.
