Description
A construction crew is repairing a section of the Worth Hotel building. A 100-pound section of the building fell on December 1, 1944. Repairing the damage on a shaky scaffold eighteen-stories high is Frank Raines. He is shown using a caulking gun. He is dressed in a hat, collared shirt, and striped overalls. The construction crew has been repairing the hotel for two-months.
