The Jameson brothers, sons of Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Jameson, are home on leave to visit their parents in Fort Worth, Texas. Pictured here left to right, are Kenneth R. Jameson, Water Tender Second Class, and Private Robert L. Jameson. Petty Officer Jameson is serving with the United States Navy. He is returning from a year's service on a destroyer escort in the Atlantic, where he participated in three major engagements, including D-Day operations. He left Monday to report to New York for reassignment. Private Jameson is a soldier in the United States Army. He spent twenty months with a signal service company in Canada. He returned to the States nine months ago and now is stationed with a signal-radio-intelligence unit in Washington, D. C. Both brothers are graduates of North Side High School and former employees of the Star-Telegram. They are shown standing against a bare wall, smiling and dressed in their military uniforms.
