E. W. Hardin of Amarillo, Texas, is the president of the West Texas Chamber of Commerce (WTCC). He is in Fort Worth, Texas to attend the Public Affairs Clinic of the U. S. Chamber of Commerce. He is also president of the Amarillo Hardware Company. Mr. Hardin is shown sitting on a couch, dressed in a double breasted pinstripe suit with a pocket square and posing for the camera. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 9, 1945.
