The Golden Gloves District Tournament is being held in Fort Worth, Texas at the Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum. Some of the district champions, left to right, are Kenneth Eagleton (E), Sergeant Tom Thompson (welterweight), Rudolph Mendosa (bantamweight), and J. E. Harris (heavyweight). The four fighters will advance to the State Tournament, representing Fort Worth.
