Father And Son Team -- Thomas George Dixson, right, 68, and his son, William Jack Dixson, 25, working at the American Manufacturing Company plant making shells. The production in January was 11 percent above schedule, the highest in the plant's history. They are standing behind lathe machines. William is wearing a collared shirt and trousers and Thomas is wearing a collared shirt, an apron and a hat. Behind them are two male and two female unidentified workers. One women is white and other one is African American. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, February 8, 1945.
