Sam Kinch (Sam Kinch Senior) is a war correspondent with the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. He is shown standing against a wall, facing slightly towards his left, dressed in his uniform, jacket and hat. He is wearing eyeglasses. Later in Austin where Mr. Kinch became the Star-Telegram's Capitol Bureau Chief.
