He is wearing a Kiwanis Club pin on his lapel. "U. S. PUBLICIST--A. R. Snyder of Washington, D. C., from the publicity section of the Treasury Department's procurement division, left Fort Worth Thursday after a visit to establish the press relations branch for the Office of Surplus Supply here, which includes Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas, and is located in the Neil P. Anderson Building." The Neil P. Anderson building is at 411 West Seventh Street.
