Description

The Women's Auxiliary is meeting with the National Wool Growers Association to discuss post-war uses of wool products. The organizations are meeting at the Hotel Texas in Fort Worth, Texas. Attending the convention is Mrs. L. J. Wardlaw, of Fort Worth, Texas. She is the newly elected president of the Women's Auxiliary. Mrs. Wardlaw, wife of an attorney and ranch owner, was a featured speaker in the closing minutes of the meeting. She is shown standing against a wall, wearing a veiled hat, blazer, and a matching skirt. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, January 31, 1945.
