Lipscomb is also wearing a watch chain and has a linen handkerchief tucked into his suit breast pocket."Air Passengers' Desires Studied at Meeting Here--Regional vice presidents of American Airlines meeting at the Blackstone Hotel devoted their afternoon session Monday to discussions of internal affairs of the company after a morning session centered around study of the desires of air travelers.Charles A. Rheinstrom, vice president in charge of traffic for the air lines, presided and led the discussions concerning route development, freight and public information.Officials here for the meetings Monday and Tuesday include C.W. Jacob, secretary of the company; Willis G. Lipscomb, assistant vice president and general traffic manager; Amos Culbert, vice president in charge of properties, and Hamilton C. Hale, general counsel.Some of the desires of air passengers studied included pressurized cabins, news tickers, radio-telephone communication with the ground and pillow radio sets. These ideas were among the 1,378,434 answers to a survey on passenger wishes for air travel compiled by the airline.Rheinstrom told of proposed postwar international schedules calling for trips from Fort Worth to London at a cost of $315.60 and from Fort Worth to Paris in 19 hours for $330.60.The airline executives will testify before the CAB hearing on feeder-line operations here Tuesday and Wednesday. They will resume their conferences at 9:30 a. m. Tuesday."
