A cross-section of the wool industry -- growers, buyers, men of the processing trade, transportation officials, as well as government purchasing and marketing officials attended the convention. Three of them are pictured here. They are from left to right, C. J. Ely, Marsh Lea, and Vestel Askew. They are shown eating breakfast in the hotel dining room. Mr. Ely of Denver, Colorado, is with the Colorado & Southern Railroad. He is dressed in a double breasted suit and tie. Mr. Lea of Fort Stockton, Texas, is a past president of the Texas association and a consistent attendant at all of the state and national meetings. He is wearing a three-piece suit and tie. Both Mr. Ely and Mr. Lea are wearing eyeglasses. Mr. Askew of San Angelo, Texas., is the secretary of the Texas association. He is wearing a suit with a sports coat and tie.
