The National Wool Growers Association is holding their convention at the Hotel Texas in Fort Worth, Texas. Attending the convention, left to right, are A. K. Mackey, R. C. Pollock, and Ray Wilson. They are shown standing in a room and Mr. Pollock is showing the board's 'Handbook on Cutting Lamb' to Mr. Mackey and Mr. Wilson. Mr. Pollock is the general manager of the National Live Stock and Meat Board. He is wearing a tweed suit and tie. Mr. Mackey, superintendent, is dressed in suit and tie. Mr. Wilson is the assistant superintendent of livestock for the Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock show. He is dressed in a striped suit and tie. Both Mr. Mackey and Mr. Wilson are having eyeglasses. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, January 30, 1945.
