The Women's Auxiliary is meeting with the National Wool Growers Association to discuss post-war uses of wool, lamb, and sheep by-products. The organizations are meeting at the Hotel Texas in Fort Worth, Texas. Attending the convention, left to right, are Mrs. Merle Drake, an unidentified women, Mrs. Leonard Longmire, and Mrs. Clell Lung. Mrs. Drake, of Challis, Idaho, is wearing a hat, blazer, and a skirt and clutching her purse. She will represent the president of that state auxiliary. Mrs. Longmire, of Naches, Washington, is wearing a frilly button-up blouse and a skirt. She is the national secretary-treasurer. Mrs. Lung, of Yakima, Washington, is wearing a patterned dress and eyeglasses. She was declared president of the Washington State Auxiliary.
