Tarrant County Baptist Laymen's Association. L. H. Tapscott, left, of Dallas, and Grover C. Cole, Ft. Worth. Mr. Tapscott, secretary of the Texas Baptist Brotherhood Convention, and Grover C. Cole of Fort Worth, president of the state organization, who presented the new secretary at the Tarrant County Baptist Laymen's Association rally Thursday night at the North Side Coliseum. In the photograph, both men are standing together shaking hands and looking at each other. Mr. Tapscott on the left is wearing a single-breasted suit, decorative tie and collared shirt.Mr. Cole, on the right, is wearing a double breasted vertically striped suite with a decorative tie and collared shirt. There is a handkerchief in the right breast pocket. The men are standing in a row of chairs. There are other rows of chairs in front of the men, off to their side and behind them.
