Warren, principal clerk of the Army Finance Office commercial accounts branch, receiving the War Department certificate of commendation for 10 years of faithful service, presented to her with a civilian service ribbon by Colonel Herbert Baldwin, commanding officer. Mrs. Warren is wearing a dress and Colonel Baldwin is wearing his military uniform. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, January 18, 1945.
