Description

South Fort Worth Baptist Church members clearing lots at 800 Fogg Street, which were recently purchased for construction of a new church. Lifting part of a tree are, left to right, Reverend S. Guy Walker, pastor; B. L. Caten, superintendent of the Sunday School; and J. T. Thomas, chairman of the building committee. Reverend Walker is wearing a suit, Mr. Caten is wearing a shirt, coat and trousers, and Mr. Thomas is wearing a sweater and trousers. The three men are wearing hats. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, morning edition January 21, 1945.
