Description
Citizenship Medals have been awarded by the Business and Professional Men's Post of the American Legion to Stripling Junior High School students. The students are, left to right, Robert Chapler, son of Captain and Mrs. Robert F. Chapler, and Marian Massengill, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thornton Massengill. Mr. Chapler is wearing a collared shirt, vest, and trousers, and Miss Massengill is wearing a dress and coat. They are standing next to each other and posing for a picture. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, morning edition, January 17, 1945.
