Discuss Group Plans -- Doctor (Dr.) A. C. Scott, left, chairman of the Council on Scientific Work of the State Medical Association of Texas, and Doctor (Dr.) Robert Johnston of Houston, chairman of the section on Obstetrics and Gynecology, discuss preparation of scientific papers for the annual state session of the association at a council meeting in Hotel Texas. The two men are standing in front of a bare wall and are wearing suits. Dr. Scott is wearing a bow tie and holding a document in his hand and Dr. Johnston is wearing a necktie and holding a document.
