New Justice -- Gordon Simpson, left, associate justice of the Supreme Court of Texas, talking with Cecil Morgan, president of the Fort Worth, Texas Bar Association, at a meeting of the bar which was addressed by Mr. Simpson. Mr. Simpson and Mr. Morgan are standing in front of a wall and are wearing suits and have on eyeglasses. Hung on the wall behind them is a calendar.
