Loving Cup Presented. City Manager Bothwell, right, presenting the gold loving cup to R. U. Andrews, sewer superintendent. The annual Texas Waterworks and Sewerage Short Course of Texas A&M College presented the award to the city of Fort Worth, Texas for the highest percentage of new sewer connections during 1943. Mr. Bothwell and Mr. Andrews are standing, holding the award. Published Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition January 13, 1945.
