    Description

    Image shows members of the Morningside Christian Church are left to right, L. L. Dees, Reverend Lloyd H. Thompson, and W. H. Burns. Mr. Dees, chairman of deacons and elders, is ringing the church bell of the completely remodeled building, which is ready for dedication. The bell is over ninety years old and once called worshipers to church in Stephenville, Texas. Mr. Dees is dressed in a tweed suit. Reverend Thompson is Morningside's pastor. He is wearing a double breasted suit. Mr. Burns is a veteran member of the church. He is dressed in a three piece suit. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition June 1, 1940.
