Cotton Bowl Game spectators. Texas Christian University (TCU) fans enjoying the Cotton Bowl game in Dallas despite the fact that their team was losing to the Oklahoma Aggies. Left to right, Staff Sergeant Warren Cowen, Corporal George Foster, and Private First-Class Martin Gubanowich, McCloskey veterans. Standing behind them are, left to right, Miss Jimmie Ruth Cheatham, Sergeant Eddie Payne and Miss Pennie Logan of Oklahoma City. Three of the military sergeants in wheelchairs are watching the game wrapped in blankets, as Miss Logan, Miss Cheatham, and Sergeant Payne stand behind them.
