Speakers at the nurses recruit drive, left to right, seated, Lieutenant Mildred L. Fuller, Lieutenant Colonel Utie L. Kleibscheidel, and standing is Mrs. J. H. Wilson. The women urged the immediate enlistment of all eligible Fort Worth nurses in the Army and Navy Nurse Corps so that wounded American fighting men will not be neglected. Lieutenant Fuller is with the Army Nurse Corps and recently returned from India. She is dressed in a military uniform. Lieutenant Colonel Kleibscheidel is director of the Army Nurse Corps, 8th Service Command. She is dressed in her military uniform. Mrs. Wilson, Red Cross chairman of nursing activities, is wearing a Red Cross hat and blazer. There is a military poster behind the women.
