Description
Clifford Bradley, Technician Fifth Grade, is one of the soldiers, highly skilled in machine shop work, being sent here to help boost shell production. He is shown going over his work application with John Sims Junior, left. Mr. Sims is the employment manager at the American Manufacturing Company plant. He is wearing a dress shirt and a necktie. Mr. Bradley was a lathe operator in civilian life but has been a cook in the Army. He is dressed in his military uniform. They are sitting at a desk looking at some papers. On the desk is a book, "American Manufacturing, Co." There are file cabinets behind them with pictures propped up on top of the cabinets.
