Santa Claus visited two of his children at Saint Joseph's Hospital. The boy is patient Billy Wayne Thompson, three years old. Billy is opening a present from Santa and wearing a shirt tucked into his trousers. The girl is Martha Ann Emory, daughter of Dr. O. J. Emory, who was on the Christmas tree program. She is wearing a collared blouse and a jumper. There is a Christmas tree behind the group.
