    J. Austin Rigney is a postal worker in Fort Worth, Texas. He is shown holding $300 worth of war bonds. The bonds were gifted to Mr. Rigney by appreciative patrons on his mail route. Mr. Rigney is shown wearing a postman's uniform and eyeglass. The men on either side of him are not identified. The group is standing in front of shops - Swift's Ice Cream and Agency McKesson. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, December 24, 1944.
