Football Highland Park and San Angelo, action shot. Starting Highland Park's touchdown parade -- Doak Walker, Scottie tailback, crashes through right tackle for Highland Park's first touchdown in the initial quarter of Saturday's semifinal football battle at Dallas. Walker went over from the San Angelo 5. Quarterback Dwain Dodson and fullback George Graham of San Angelo converge on the ball carrier as he crosses the double stripe, but they are too late. Highland Park won, 39-6. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, December 24, 1944.
