Lieutenant Roy D. Russell shown with his family. On his left is his aunt, Mrs. Roy Russell and his right is his mother, Mrs. Phil Russell. Third from right is his uncle, Doctor Roy Russell. Next is his father, Doctor Phil Russell and at the right is his bride. Lieutenant Russell is back after an escape from a Japanese prisoner of war vessel. He is dress in military uniform and holding something in his right arm. The women are dressed in big fur coats and long dresses while the other men are dressed in suits and ties, smiling.
