Hasn't Seen Dad Yet. Clarence Leslie Todd Junior looking and touching Christmas tree. Christmas day this year for Todd Junior, also means the celebration of his second birthday, but as in thousands of other homes, his father will not be there for the occasion. His daddy, C. L. Todd Senior, machinist's mate second class, is now on duty with Navy in the South Pacific.. Overseas for 25 months, he has never seen his brown-eyed youngster. The Todds live at 810 Holden. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, December 24, 1944.
