Description

F. Edgar Deen Senior left, being sworn into city council by City Secretary Birdsong as a new member of the City Council. Deen, succeeds Marvin D. Evans. In the photograph, the two men are wearing eyeglasses, suits, and tie. They both have one hand raised up in the air. Secretary Birdsong has a paper in his left hand that he is reading from. In front of the men, there is a table with several documents and behind them, there is a window with blinds and an American flag.
