It is now down to 35 per 10,000. He plans to enjoy retirement and focus on his hobby of studying people. Dr. Potts was a Major in World War I. He is wearing a suit as he sits at the desk in his office. He is holding a cigar in his left hand. His desk is covered in books and papers. There is a diploma on the wall behind Dr. Potts.
