Description

Lieutenant Howard T. Ratcliff of the 10th Air Force. Lieutenant Radcliff is one of the most decorated men in the 1st Troop Carrier Squadron. During his seventeen months, he collected the Distinguished Flying Cross, the Air Medal, and the Distinguished Unit Badge. Mr. Ratcliff is in Fort Worth to visit his parents and marry Mary Lyn Straiton. Lt. Ratcliff is wearing his military uniform and standing with his arms behind his back.
