Description
Lieutenant John D. Lattimer, a twenty-six year old naval fighter pilot, is home in Fort Worth, Texas, after serving thirteen months in the Pacific. He was a member of the famous "Ripper Squadron" and won two Air Medals and four battle stars. Lieutenant Lattimer is a former Star-Telegram carrier salesman. At the time of his enlistment in 1941, he was working for the Texas and Pacific Railroad. Lieutenant Lattimer is sitting on a chair dressed in his military uniform.
