Description
Robert Wear is a news and aviation writer with the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. He is leaving for England in the uniform of a war correspondent. Mr. Wear will resume the Star-Telegram's policy of giving its readers a close-up of how their sons, brothers, and sweethearts live. His job is to tell the Texans at home about the Texans at war. Mr. Wear is taking over for Flem Hall, who returned home and Stanley Gunn, who was killed during the early stages of the Leyte invasion.
