    Taking part in the candle-lighting ceremony of the Girl Reserves Sunday afternoon will be Miss Mary Vann, left, representing Carter Riverside High School and Miss Mary Jane Moncrief, vice president of the junior council and president of the senior Girl Reserves at W.
