End Bob Barron of Handley spins to earth on his own 37 after crashing into Fred Torres (right) of Diamond Hill in the first quarter of Tuesday night's 14-A title game at Farrington Field. Center Ted Jeter (left) of the Eagles helps "ground" Barron, who gained five yards on the pass play. Diamond Hill won, 24-21. Published Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition November 22, 1944.
