Here for a postwar planning conference of the Texas Federation of Women's Clubs are, left to right, Miss Ethel Foster, state president; Mrs J. W. Walker, chairman of scholarships and fellowships for the general federation; Mrs. Volney W. Taylor, new treasurer of the general federation; and Mrs. Joseph M. Perkins, chairman of fine arts for the general federation and past president of the state federation. All the women are earrings, dresses and hats. Mrs. Walker and Mrs. Perkins are holding purses and Miss Foster and Mrs. Taylor are wearing pearl necklaces.
